Privacy Policy

FlowThinkers ("we", "us", "our") operates flowthinkers.com. This page explains what data we collect when you interact with the site.

Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide:

  • Information you submit when booking a Fit Call via Cal.com (name, email, calendar details)
  • Information you send by email to richie@flowthinkers.com
  • For the free leak check: name, email, optional business name and answers to six questions

Cloudflare processes requests for technical hosting and security, including serving pages and forwarding form submissions. This release does not add a visitor analytics service. Hosting providers may process technical connection information under their own privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver any services you engage us for. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

We use your leak-check answers and contact details to review your request and reply. Submitting the check does not sign you up for marketing, book a call or buy an audit.

Leak-check Storage and Retention

Richard reviews submissions in a private Richie OS inbox. Intake records, including contact details and answers, are deleted after 90 days. If we agree to work together, any necessary client records follow the terms of that engagement separately.

A generic Telegram alert may tell Richard that a submission is ready to review. It does not include your name, email or answers, or your business details.

We use short-lived anonymous request identifiers to limit spam. We do not save your raw IP address in the intake inbox. These limit records expire within 48 hours.

Backups may retain older copies until they expire under the backup policy. Before a backup is restored for use, expired intake records must be removed. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup.

Third-Party Services

Booking is handled by Cal.com. Cloudflare hosts the website and forwards the leak-check form to our private intake service. Each service processes data according to its own privacy policy.
